Crestline Funding was generating all their business from direct mail. They came to us to find a more effective and affordable way to generate leads without giving up their back-end accountability.
Wingman’s solution was twofold. First, we built a radio strategy with analytics that allowed Crestline Funding to track spending on a closed-loan-per-station basis. Then, we developed a geo-targeted paid search campaign (PPC) to capture users specifically interested in obtaining mortgage loans. Wingman analytics were able to follow leads past the usual cost-per-lead strategy to see which stations’ mortgage leads were most likely to be funded.
Crestline Funding quadrupled the amount of loans closed per month and increased their loan volume from 12 million to 75 million dollars per month. Meanwhile, the new, more efficient radio and online marketing strategy cut Crestline’s cost-per-loan in half.
