Overview:
Boston Medical Group is a team of physicians specializing in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction with medical offices throughout the U.S. and abroad. In 2009 alone, Boston Medical Group treated over 30,000 U.S. men through their highly-effective, proprietary treatment known as The Boston Method.
Objective:
Boston Medical Group engaged Wingman to provide a complete media strategy and analysis to support their expansion from one location to offices throughout the country in a cost-effective, repeatable manner.
Solution:
In order to increase the amount of appointments in their newly-opened offices, Wingman dramatically reallocated Boston Medical Group’s radio spending strategy. Wingman increased the frequency of ads by selecting different day parts in an attempt to achieve effective results in half the time, at half the investment.
The Wingman strategy filled their new offices with appointments weeks earlier than anticipated. The new strategy delivered the same amount of leads BMG was receiving over a six-week period in just three weeks, and also reduced capital expenditure by 50%. This huge savings and increase in traffic greatly reduced the cost of opening individual offices. Wingman helped Boston Medical Group cut its cost-per-lead by 75% – creating a dramatic increase in patient bookings. Since 2003, Boston Medical Group has successfully expanded from a single location to 23 medical centers across the United States and abroad.
