Creative Director

Two fairly smart, shallow, but benevolent advertising agency owners are looking for a Creative Director and we know finding the right one is like a needle in a haystack. We are ex-media sales guys who never worked at an advertising agency but decided to open one in 2003. Since we didn’t know the usual advertising agency business model, we looked at where we thought the business was going and created our own. This performance-based model we’ve implemented has attracted more new clients than we can handle. So now, we are looking for a Creative Director who loves to be paid big on their performance and wants to build a great company and share in its success.

We are looking for someone who believes you can create brilliant, convention-breaking advertising that makes phones and cash registers ring. Someone that wants to help create an advertising agency people love and feel great about working for. Our person has a great sense of humor, an abundance of integrity and would give our agency a soul. And, if you think everything I have written here is corny and nauseating, you are absolutely right. You have the perfect sensibilities we are looking for, and you can see why we are in desperate need of a Creative Director. I know it’s a long shot but if you feel it’s worth sitting down for a beer to discuss, give me a call.

Cheers,

Rich Kagan
